Brief Description:	Attach and trim flaps
Next was the flaps. After an initial attachment to the arms of the flap tubes, I found the flaps were trying to go up too far. So I had to remove the hardware connecting to the flap, and adjust the rod-end bearing. I still have some binding, so I'll need to do it one more time.
