Brief Description:	Fix elevator travel
The elevator still was not getting full up deflection so I had to do some more detective work. I finally found 2 locations that were not letting the pushrods get their full travel. I had to do some work with the files, and reposition some of the fasteners to get it all to work, but it's finally there, so I can move onto something else.
