Brief Description:	Reinstall wheels
Per my earlier posts, the wheels are now installed closer to the axle, so the hole for the cotter pin was falling outside the castle nut. Rather than drilling a new hole (that's not so easy on an already-mounted axle), I just added a couple of washers between the nut and the bearing dust cover.
