Brief Description:	Tap axle for bolt
The ends of the two axles have to be tapped for bolts that will later hold the wheel pants in place. I had to borrow a good tap from a friend. My Harbor Freight one was not tough enough to bite into the steel of the axles. It took 1 hour for each axle! Lots of slow going and lots of cutting fluid. The last thing you ever want to do is break a tap off in the hole!
