Brief Description:	Fit horizontal stabilizer
- Spent many rounds of on-off-on-off of the tail, going from the fuselage to the work bench. I hadn't been able to get the 160 deg up-travel of the elevator, so I had to grind down the elevator stop horn. I finally got it to sit per the plans, and to get the full travel, but it took a lot of trial and error. - Began looking at the L03 assembly of the rear wheel. To start I will need to drill a 1/4" hole in the titanium rod.
