Brief Description:	Elevators + Elevator Horn
Worked on the left and right elevators, getting all 4 main ribs located and pilot drilled. Then went back to the elevator horn. The inside 2 ribs get installed on the horn first, then the whole assembly gets mounted to the 2 elevators. I got all the pilot holes drilled through the ribs, then got all the holes on the left side up-drilled for the rivets. Tomorrow I'll updrill the right side, debur everything, and rivet everthing. Then I'll be able to do the critical layout of the elevators with the horn and with the hinges.
