Brief Description:	Horiz stab ribs
- Cut the flanges of T03-06 to size (my home-bent flanges were too wide) - Installed the T04-06 nose ribs of the horiz stab - Measured the angles of T06-03, and they are both 22 deg as they should be. Not sure why everything isn't lining up, but I think that perhaps my home-bent channels are "warped" slightly. That should come out when the ribs are all in place.
