- Started making then bends in the new baffle - The baffle is horizontal across the top, but needs to be cut at an angle to follow the slope of the top cowl. - When test fitting the cowl I saw that the cowl would be touching the top-front of the cooler, So I used a straight edge and drew a line from the existing rear baffle (metal, not the rubber) to the top-front of the cooler (see photo #3 below). I drew that line on the new baffle and cut there. IT WORKED, so that's my recommendation.
