Brief Description:    Oil Cooler Baffles
More work on the oil cooler baffles.

- I used paper to lay over and trace the contours of the upper and lower oil cooler baffles.
- Then I cut them out, glued them to some .025, and cut them out.
- Bend as required, then hold in place with cleco clamps.
- Drill pilot holes.
-Sandwich baffle seal material between the layers, and pilot drill though those as well.
- Cleco
- Updrill holes

I got the upper and lower straps done, and installed the lower baffle seal.

From the photos you may notice I have a FRANKEN-COOLER! The cowl and the baffles are WAY, WAY off of the Sonex standard baffles, so I have had to piece together added sections of aluminum to get everything at the correct distance from the inside of the cowl. The result is a freakish layering of aluminum.

I've tried to keep the visual unpleasantness of the Franken-cooler at the outside, not inside the scoop. And the new straps to hold the seals, cover most of that, too.
