Brief Description:	Continue right cowl
- Sanded lower cowl edges - Installed the hinge with rivets - Made the 2 hinge halves for the lower cowls - Measured for the locations of the hinge halves, then stuck them in place with double-sided tape. - Marked the hole locations - Started trying to drill with a titanium bit, but didn't make any progress. I think the bits are old. I just ordered 25 cobalt bits!
