Brief Description:	Glare shield & Instrument panel
- Installed one more floating nut plate on the instrument panel. I'm two-short, so used clecos for now, until I get more. - Located and drilled to secure glare shield - Made second hinge halves for the center (removeable) instrument panel, including removeable bent hing pins (like for seat pan). - Located and pilot drilled all holes on the 3 top edges of the instrument panel.
