25. Slide bulkhead F22-03 forward or backward until it sits flat on F22-06 (the rim of the lightening hole should not be on the angle). 26. At the same time, verify the centerlines you drew on the flanges of bulkhead F23-02 are sighted thru the vertical row of holes in the left and right fuselage skins (photo #2). 27. Pilot drill then updrill for rivets, the holes noted in step 26, above. Do the same for the rear most bulkhead (photo #2), per "Detail M" (photo #2). 28. Updrill to size, the 6 holes in "Detail of -02" and the rear view of "Detail M". I'm not reaming to final size until I actually fit the vertical tail assembly on (photo #3).
