18. Mark the centerlines down the flanges of Bulkhead F23-02 (do it now, before you assemble everything). 19. Put the F23-02 bulkhead and angle F23-03 back in place with clecos (photo #3). 20. Put the Shear Web F22-03 in place and cleco to bulkhead F23-02 (photo #2). 21. Cleco angle F22-06 in place under the shear web (photo #1). 22. Updrill thru the fuselage bottom skin, lower longerons, and angle F23-03 (drill for AN525 bolts) -- (photo #3). 23. Updrill thru the fuselage bottom skin, lower longerons, and angle F23-04 (for rivets). 24. Updrill thru angle F22-06, and thru the face of bulkheads F27-05 (photo #1).
