Brief Description:	RIGHT flap construction
- Laid out for all the holes in the skins. - Cut the notches out of the inboard end. As with the ailerons I used a Dremel tool to cut at the bends, then the shears to cut everything else. - Pilot drilled all the holes in the skin. - Drew centering lines on all the rib flanges then aligned and pilot drilled 2 of the 4 ribs.
