Brief Description:	Polished the vert stab
Polished the vert stab with Nuvite F9. Like the horiz stab, I'll do the final 2 polishing passes after assembly. Polishing is getting faster and easier. This one took me just one hour, including cleanup at the end. No more polishing until I start to fabricate the wings.
