I visited local RV-7A builder, Carsten Schanche, in Londonderry, NH. He's working on the finish kit of his project, and his project looks great. I have alot of work ahead of me to get to where he is. I brought my nearly finished HS for him to critique. I had not riveted the rear spar in place as I wanted him to take a look inside at my rivets, and give me some feedback. He's not a certified tech counselor, but he has installed many rivets. He mentioned that mine look good, and I should feel comfortable about installing the rear spar for good. So that's what I did when I returned home.
