Brief Description:	Prepared front spar ribs, and began fluting.
Notched the HS-404 left and right ribs to fit between HS-810-1 and HS-814-1. Also began fluting HS-(706, 707, and 708) They were slightly bowed, so it didn't take much to get them flat again. We don't flute HS-404 and HS-405 as the attach holes to HS-801PP are not yet known.
