Brief Description:	Starting L.elevator construction
Stiffeners were all completed for the L. elevator at the same time i was doing the R.side. So, i assembled, match drilled, de-burred and dimpled all the L counter weight arm components. Assembled the counterweight arm, E902 spar, root rib, and E915 elevator spar to the skin.
