Brief Description:	Electrical drop panel
I figured I still need to make the electrical distribution accessible after I rivut the top skin in place. I went with a drop panel made from a piano hinge and flat stock. I added a piece of L to the the flat stock and attached, by way of rivnuts , to the main bus.
