Brief Description:	Completed Rudder
Completed the rudder today. No real issues with the assembly. I may have 4 rivets to drill out as the plans tell you in later steps only to cleco these 4 rivets but in the previous step it had said to rivet. Not a big problem but I will wait till I have to attach the skin there to see which will need to be removed. I have marked it so I won't forget. On to the HS.
