Brief Description:	Transmission Installation
The transmission was placed in its position and the frame ears were adjusted to match the transmission housing. A 2" piec of PVC was placed over the rotor shaft for protection while sliding in to place. A template with 15 degree spacings was made to take measurements around the alignment bearing so that a custom shim could be machined to place under the alignment housing. It was calculated that a 1.5 degree shim would be needed.
