Brief Description:	Wing nut plates and tie down attachment
Countersunk rivets and attaching plate nuts to the spar. Also tapped out the 3/8 x16 screw threads in the tie down plates. These proved to be really difficult as I had a pretty cheap handle. Won't use it again. Also make sure to use plenty of oil and Boe-Lube to ease the cutting. They worked out perfectly. Made 4 spacers out of aluminum bar to fit behind the tie down plate. This time I took a while to read all the steps, look at all the drawings, and get everything laid out before starting. Its really not like the elevators A, B, C directions. But taking the time makes everything pretty clear and straightforward.
