Brief Description:	Fuel Tanks - Cap Flanges & Drains
Countersank the fuel tank flanges. Cleco'ed the flanges in place with sealant. Also prepped the fuel tank drains and sealed/cleco'ed them into place. Going to review all the plans and log to see what to improve on over last time. After the Houston flooding and such, ready to get started again.
