Brief Description:	Fuel Tanks - Reorder
Tanks failed the leak tests again. I have farted around on and off for a year with these things. Time to throw in the towel. I re-ordered the skins, ribs, stiffeners, and some of the hardware. I am going to start over again. I expect that the second set will go much more smoothly than the first as I actually know what I am doing. An $800 set back and it will take another two months to build them out but I have talked to a couple people who have leaky tanks and it sounds like it's worth the trouble to get them right the first time.
