Brief Description:	Elevator fitting
Started to fit the elevators to the horizontal stabilizer. Discovered the AN3 bolts wouldn't go through the hinges. So I had to take successively larger drill bits by hand to remove the powder coating so that the bolts would fit. Took a couple hours but finally got them to work. Don't want to hose up the brackets since they are riveted and the HS is closed up. Marked the areas to trim off the HS skins.
