Primed everything. Got a lesson on cleaning the spray gun. I was having real problems with the paint. Took apart the old gun and what had looked clean was a mess inside. After a couple hours of cleaning/soaking got it clean again. Finally got a nice even coat of primer without any of the previous problems.
