Brief Description:	Aft wing rib assembly -04 completed plus 4 more ri
Completed the 2 W16-04 (pictures on previous entry) plus made 4 more of W16-06. For those that are wondering, this is how I shaped the ribs. (A) With the blank sandwiched between the form blocks, and using a rubber mallet, I bend the flanges to 45 degrees. Picture one shows the warp in the rib after the first bend. (B) I then fluted teh rib at the appropriate locations (shown on teh plans and marked on the forming blocks). This resulted in a warp in the opposite direction (picture 2) (C) I then put the rib back into the forming blocks and finished the forming the bend to 90 degrees. Final using the flanging dies, I pressed the flange into the lighting holes (picture 3)
