Here are 3 pictures of how I bent the peice to 35*. After cutting and polishing, I drew the bend lines,. Using duct taoe to protect the peice I used 3 1" steel bars that I picked up as scrape at Trident metals, placed in vice and bent to about 40* to allow for spring back. Here is the completed part.
