Match Drilled L/H top Horizontal Stabilizer Skin enlarging prepunched holes to #40. I used the pneumatic drill and the angle drill on the nose ribs towards the bottom of the bench when I could not get to the holes with the other drill. I used side clamp Clecos on the corners to keep the holes lined up when I removed the corner cleco to match drill the hole.
