Brief Description:	Making Hinge Jig
The plans call for the elevator hinge to be located 0.057" below the top surface. This is because the Horizontal Stabilizer's hinge is mounted underneath 2 aluminum sheets that have a combined thickness of the 0.057". I saw other builders make a spacer "Jig" by gluing the same two aluminum sheet types to the end of a thicker aluminum bar. It seemed like a good idea, so I decided to do the same.
