I'm still waiting for the replacement ribs from Sonex, but I was able to use the pieces I made yesterday to replace the ones I messed up. Good news -- all the holes are over the blue lines. I'm very pleased with the way the top side has turned out so far. I'm also glad I rejected the pieces I did, and re-made them. I know that every rivet in this stabilizer will have a good hold. I still have to drill all the holes in the bottom side, but that shouldn't take as long because I've already verified the rib alignment.
