Horizontal Stabilizer |
|
|
I pretty much finished the assemply of the horizontal stabilizer frame. Since I still have to prime all the parts, nothing is riveted yet. I've got to come up with a way to prime during the winter months. The zinc oxide is toxic, and the can says it should be at least 50F. Anyway, I moved the frame out to the garage, where my big table is set up. I wanted to as least see if what I did lines up with the "pre-drilled" holes. I didn't spend a lot of time, but what I saw so far looks promising - so I'm pretty happy. I'm going on vacation the day after tomorrow. So, I won't get to work on this again for over a week. But I think this is a good stopping point. |
