Brief Description:	Added more epoxy to the bottom VS rib
I got to thinking (very dangerous) that when the fabric on the VS is shrunk it will load the bottom rib and I didn't like how little epoxy I had used when installing it. (Hadn't thought through all the loads the epoxy would be exposed to.) So, in between honey dues, I added more Hysol.
