Brief Description:	Began installing the turtle deck hinge
Masked the top cowl for the blue stripe. Opened up the interferences in the turtle deck discovered when putting the plane together Saturday. Began fitting and cutting the turtle deck for its hinge. Cut the pass through hole in the turtle deck for the flaperon. BUT - the luck was bad today - the air compressor motor gave up the ghost, midway thru modifying the turtle deck hinge.
