Brief Description:	Installed nut plate on the console side panels
Decided to break away from the design a bit and leave the called for PK screws behind (used to attach the console side panels to the top). So - nut plates and AN525 screws were added. Also, drilled out to size the floor board attachment lugs and threaded the holes for the PK screw that I will be using there.
