Brief Description:	Finished the VS and rudder
Decided to open all of the elevator mounting holes and move four of them to minimize installation efforts. (To solve an out-of-alignment issue.) Installation effort is well within reason now. Also, installed the rudder's leading edge and the VS coving. Began installing the rudder cables.
