Brief Description:	Fuel tank final fitting and fuel backing plates
Completed the aluminum plates that mount behind the fuel sight gages. Completed final fit and install details for both wing tanks. I removed quite a bit of flange (mostly on the right tank) so as to be able to remove and re-install the fuel pick up probes (should that ever be necessary in the future) without too much special effort.
