Deburred the edges of the right aileron gap seal and flap brace, including lightening holes. Scuffed, cleaned, and primed the faying and hidden surfaces of the gap seal and brace. Scuffed, cleaned, and primed the faying surface of all the new stiffeners and skin for the left aileron. The aileron stiffeners and skin are replacements, due to the factory mis-bent aileron skin. Reassembled aft portion of right aileron and drilled the replacement A-705-L inboard aft rib to the skin, spar, and bracket. Scuffed, cleaned and primed the forward faces of the outboard ends of the right aileron spar where the A-708 reinforcement plates attach. Cleaned and primed A-708 reinforcement plates and riveted them to the spar along with the nutplate on the inboard end. Cleaned and primed right aileron nose ribs. Rivets Today: 8 Rivets Total: 6334
