Right Wing - Leading Edge and Ailerons |
|
|
While the soldering iron was warming up for some vinyl removal, I clecoed the five outboard ribs into the leading edge skin. I still need to scuff, clean, and prime the joint plate before clecoing in the inboard rib. After the soldering iron got hot I removed the vinyl from the stiffener lines on the top and bottom of both aileron skins, then began dimpling the holes. I was through the top side of the left skin and part way through the bottom side, when I remembered I hadn't deburred the holes, so I took care of that. I'm not overly worried about it, since the burrs that were there were not serious. |
