Brief Description:	Fuel Tanks
For both tanks: Sealed wire terminations to outboard capacitance plates. Installed and sealed BNC connectors to inboard ribs. Sealed and riveted the T-407 reinforcement rings with nutplates to the inboard ribs. For the left tank only, I trimmed the outboard capacitance plate to clear the stiffeners, and final installed it to its interior tank rib. I thought about sealing the vent fittings, but decided they might interfere with riveting the rib to the skin. I also thought about installing the fuel pickups on the cover plates, but decided I could get more accurate positioning if I wait until after the ribs are installed to the skins.
