Brief Description:	Horizontal Stabilizer Repair
Got help from Dave Hubbard to buck rivets that required an offset rivet set (I like to use one hand on the gun and one hand on the set when I use an offset). Completed all of the inboard #4 rivets except those for the inboard main and nose ribs. The front spar assembly is now ready to attach permanently to the rest of the stabilizer.
