Brief Description:	Horizontal Stabilizer Repair
Finished fitting and drilling HS-00005 and HS-00006 ribs to the skins, spars, spar doublers, and splice/reinforcement angles. Finished drilling the HS-702 front spar channels to the skins, and the middle and outboard ribs. Finished match drilling the splice/reinforcement angles to the front spar channels. Deburred all remaining holes and edges of the ribs, front spar channels, spar doublers, and the splice/reinforcement angles. Next will be prepping and priming non-alclad parts and the faying surfaces of the alclad parts.
