Brief Description:	Horizontal Stabilizer Repair
Drilled and deburred #40 pilot holes in aft flanges of the HS-00006 nose ribs. Marked centerlines on the remaining flanges HS-00005 and HS-00006 ribs, and on the inboard halves of the HS-702 spar channels. Clecoed HS-702 forward spar channels inside partially disassembled stabilizer. This was more difficult than I had anticipated, but I got it done. Clamped one side of one HS-00005 rib in place in preparation for drilling.
