Brief Description:	Rudder Assembly - Part 3
The last task of the day was riveting the counterbalance rib and skin, and final install of the counterweight itself. As other builders have had to do, I needed to file notches in the counterweight to clear the forward most rivet on each side of counterbalance rib flanges. As far as I know, the rudder skeleton is ready for skins! Rivets for Parts 2 & 3: 49 Rivets total: 1204
