Today I was going to cleco the F-770 side skins to the fuselage, but noticed that I hadn't yet dimpled the F-705 bulkhead side channels. Starting on the left side, I was unable to fully dimple the upper 9 holes due to the presence of F-705E side doubler. I will use the countersink cage and cutter to deepen the too-shallow dimples to accept the standard dimples in the 0.032 side skins. If you are still assembling bulkheads, leave the side doublers unriveted until the side skins are drilled.
