Brief Description:	F-705 Bulkhead - Seat Back Adjustment Parts
Today I finished drilling the seat back adjust parts. I started by match drilling the end holes in both F-705K plates through the already-drilled shims. I then clecoed the plate and shim to the channel to finish match drilling. I had to unbend the plate slightly to get it and the shim to lay flat on the channel. I had over bent the plates slightly, thinking they'd spread when I clecoed them in place. Instead, the channel bowed in, leaving a gap between it and the shim. Photo 1 shows the proper fit. I set the spacing between the channel and angle by inserting a piece of 1/8" angle and clamping it in place before match drilling the channel through the angle (photo 2). Photo 3 shows the final fit of all the parts.
