Today I countersunk all the nutplate rivet holes in the bulkhead flanges and cover support ribs. I primed the bulkhead countersinks and installed the K1000-08 nutplates. I then scuffed, cleaned, and primed the cover support ribs, stiffener angles, and control column mounts. I finished up the day by assembling the firewall for the last time prepratory to riveting. My elbow hurt from all the cleaning and scrubbing of the bulkhead parts, so I called it a day at this point. Rivets Today: 18 Rivets Total: 7338
