Algned aileron with wing spar and drilled hinges. Fixed with temporary rivets. Got 35° up and down. 3.5 and 3.75 inches from Horner wing tip to small tube on aileron. Used 1 inch square tubing and metal from carpenters square for spacing. Distance from top of 1 inch to two line is 1.8 inch and a 32nd on the calipers. Used hose clamps to get everything into place for drilling. Worked great for small adjustments to get maximum travel.
