Brief Description:	Attached ruddervator to left stabilator
Drilled piano hinge #40 and #30. Clecoed in place. Struggled at first in placing rod back in hinge. Then got the idea to take hing off stabilator and place rod in first. I then clecoed rudderbator and hinge to stabilator. Had to redrill several holes because I didn't get the hinge set straight the entire distance. All that is left for left stabilator is to finish drilling all #40's to #30's and debur. Can't rivet at this point until they are attached to the fuselage.
