Brief Description:	Mass ballance elevator assemblies
Manufacture lead weights for ballance purposes.Set up elevator on bence atop two aluminium angle extrusions as per Rans manual.Adjust lead weights to accomplishneutral ballance of both surfaces.Note the R/H elevator has quite a lot of additional weight due to elevator trim servo and associated hardware..Apply loctite to bolts and secure weight assemblies.
